The business is led by Sandip Hor, Executive Director.
With qualifications in engineering and business management, he brings with him 35 years of operational and strategic experience from large business organizations in Australia and overseas. His strong commercial and business acumen from world renowned entity like Siemens well placed him to successfully contribute for Australian public sector organizations in their drive towards commercialization in the 90s. He was a member of the implementation team to establish Australian Water Technologies, a commercial business under Sydney Water. Later he was a successful strategist and market developer when Rail Services Australia was established in NSW as government owned corporation operating in the open market.
In the last decade he has successfully developed and implemented an effective strategy management framework for public sector organizations – Rail Infrastructure Corporation and Rail Corporation of NSW .His contribution included development of strategic business plans, performance management frame work, and alignment of operational activities with corporate objectives and integration of strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
